The Ventures segment is involved in establishing, investing, and management of commercial projects; and establishing and managing retail stores, as well as a provision of leisure, credit cards, and leasing activities; and healthcare services.

Majid Al Futtaim is a leading diversified real estate and property services company, headquarted in United Arab Emirates. 

Majid al Futtaim has been committed towards sustainability for the past several years. Their commitment has been conveyed through the annual realase of sustainability reports, and for the sixth consecutive year, Majid Al Futtaim releases its 2016 sustainability report, which has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative – GRI Standards. 

The report covers various aspects including economic, environment, social impacts and long term sustainability goals. 

The company remains committed to its sustainability practices through aligning the company’s sustainability reporting with international standards including Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
